It is often hard to please the search engines, for these are too clever and keep looking for very specific aspects in a webpage.

The keywords must always feature within the body-text of a website. But you should not just keep repeating the same keywords over and over again. Filling up pages with excessive unnecessary keywords is considered an unjust effort by search engines and the value of your website crumbles automatically. In this, chances of getting a high listing are nil. For high ranking, your website must have lots of content and relevant text.
